TicketStub

Daily Tools HQ ("we", "us", "our") built TicketStub (the "App"), an app that turns your photos into collectible, ticket-style memories. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how you can request that your account and data be deleted.

01Information We Collect

To use TicketStub, you create an account with an email address and password. We collect:

• Account information: the email address and password you provide at sign-up. Your password is stored in encrypted/hashed form — we do not store or have access to your plain-text password.
• App content: the photos, ticket entries, notes, dates, and locations you create within the App, associated with your account so they sync to your login.
• Basic device and usage information: standard technical data (such as app version and device type) used for troubleshooting and keeping the App working correctly.

02How We Use Your Information

• To create and authenticate your account, and let you sign in across sessions
• To store and sync your ticket entries, photos, and notes to your account
• To respond to support requests, including account deletion requests

03Advertising

TicketStub does not display third-party ads and does not use an ad network. We do not share your data with advertisers.

04Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email, password, or app content with third parties, except where required to operate core account/login infrastructure or where required by law.

05Third-Party Infrastructure (Supabase)

TicketStub uses Supabase as its backend provider for account authentication and data storage. Your email address, encrypted password, and the photos and ticket entries you create are stored on Supabase's servers on our behalf. Supabase does not use your data for its own purposes and processes it only to provide hosting and database infrastructure to us. Supabase's own privacy and security practices are described in their Privacy Policy.

06Data Retention

We retain your account information and app content for as long as your account remains active, so that your tickets and memories stay available to you across devices and app reinstalls. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

07Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Because deletion is handled manually to verify it's really you, requests are made by email rather than in-app:

Once verified, your account, login credentials, and all associated app content (photos, tickets, notes) will be permanently deleted from our systems. Deletion requests are typically processed within a few business days. Some information may be retained briefly where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, after which it is also deleted.

08Children's Privacy

TicketStub is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account or provided personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

09Your Choices

• Update the email address or password on your account at any time from within the App
• Request full account and data deletion by email, as described above
• Contact us with any questions about how your data is handled

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
