Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Authentication information required to securely sign in using Supabase Authentication.

Your password is securely managed by Supabase Authentication and is never stored in plain text by TicketStub.

User Content

We collect the content you choose to create and store in the App, including:

• Photos you upload.
• Digital ticket stubs.
• Notes and descriptions.
• Dates.
• Locations (if you choose to add them).
• Tags and other custom information.

Device Permissions

TicketStub may request permission to access:

• Camera – to capture photos.
• Photos/Media Library – to import images.
• Location (Optional) – to attach location information.

You can revoke these permissions anytime through your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your ticket collection.
• Synchronize your data across devices.
• Generate digital ticket stubs.
• Display insights and statistics.
• Improve app performance and reliability.
• Provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Data Storage

TicketStub uses Supabase to securely store your account information, photos, ticket stubs, notes, and related data in the cloud. Some temporary information may also be stored locally on your device to improve performance.

Internet Connection

An internet connection is required to sign in, synchronize your data, upload photos, and access your ticket collection across devices. Some cached information may remain available offline.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We use trusted third-party providers including:

• Supabase – Authentication, database, and secure cloud storage.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted where applicable. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Rights

• Access your account information.

• Delete individual ticket stubs.
• Revoke app permissions through device settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your TicketStub account and all associated data at any time.

Please include the email address associated with your TicketStub account. After verification, we will permanently delete your account and associated data, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

Children's Privacy

TicketStub is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
